Pros

PEOPLE FIRST. I have never worked with a leadership that cares so much about the health & wellbeing of team members. Hiring managers are incredibly picky and thoughtful when interviewing to avoid hiring toxic people, it is truly so refreshing. The company values are a part of daily life and not just words on our website. The products and mission are awesome.

Cons

Not a con for me but it could be for some people. Everlywell is growing a ton, lots of change. This is exciting but if you're considering working here you should be prepared for change and ambiguity.

Great pay, benefits, culture, and learning experience

Cons

Be ready to work really hard if you are a FT, salary employee. The company is growing quickly, so this is not a normal 9-5. Everlywell manages this well, and encourages work-life balance. You may have to put in a few extra hours a week, but VERY seldom, are people working into the night.

Friendly culture, supportive, high-growth. I'm so happy I took the chance and accepted this offer. Best employment decision I've ever made. Great engineering leadership and management.

Cons

Fast growth means everything is new—these are big challenges and can make things bumpy. They're handling it well, though.
