The staff is great! Good personalities and lots of longevity.

Cons

This company is caught constantly in a series of being bought, rebranded, & sold again (from private, to public, then private again) which completely dismantles what started out as a great company with an awesome culture that one was proud to be a part of. It’s since been overrun by “suits” who could not care less about you. Way too corporate now.

Pros

The company cares deeply about the experience of both their customers and employees. Like most companies, they have defined core values (Core Excellence Drivers), but they actually strive to achieve them here. Employees are directly highlighted in 1 of those 5 core values. The teams on the Operations side of the business communicate and work extremely well together. This company is the best I have ever worked for and it genuinely feels like a family.

Cons

Benefits are very expensive, at least in my opinion, especially for those with a family. Other than that, it is apparent that Everon really thinks about and considers what the employee experience is like, and strives to make it the best workplace they can.

None whatsoever. Do NOT recommend.

Cons

The absolute management ever. You will go no where with raises or move up unless you are buddies with top management. Really bad favoritism in the Virginia offices. Their favorite quote "Policy for thee, not for me".
