Everspring reviews

As a former teacher, I had the opportunity to join Everspring in 2016 and it was the perfect place to transition into edtech! I started in a student supporting role for a few years, and later really wanted to get into account management. I was given the opportunity to transition into a client facing role, and was able to dip my toe into various departments and learn a little bit of marketing, technology, and learning design. The advantage of working in a mid-size company is that everyone knows each other, your hard work gets rewarded and recognized, and there is ample opportunities to grow and test out other roles. The leadership team shares company goals, performance, industry trends, and gives shout outs to employees who are celebrating their work anniversaries or promotions. It's easy to be an "Everspring Lifer" here if you're passionate about education and when your coworkers become your friends.

Gave me exposure to many aspects of the organization. If you're looking to grow, it's a great place to add responsibilities.
