Pros
Puerto Rico is an awesome place to live, and because it is Puerto Rico, the camaraderie, and vulgarity of everyday life work their way from an uneventful day to a magical charade of randomness and political discussions. Also, banks are going to keep transacting with Evertec, so that Business Model will remain intact for the time being.
Cons
Too many layers of bureaucracy, too many signatures, too many meetings, no real plan for the long run. Awful cafeteria.
