Regular merit raises plus opportunity for quarterly bonuses depending on company performance

Cons

Turnover, not always due to people voluntarily leaving. There were many reassignments and terminations due to "we just need something different".

Remote opportunities, nice work area

Cons

No training provided other than 5 days of nonstop zoom meetings, no autonomy as everything is dictated from leadership, no ability to bring your authentic self, staff is fearful of leadership and will throw others under the bus to gain approval from upper management, micromanaging culture, the vibe is very unwelcoming. Too many changes for the staff and organization to absorb.
