Pros

TCU really wants to be their for their team members. Great benefits. Vacation time, 401k, tuition reimbursement. They have team outings so that team members are engaged. Great bonus payouts and ROA.

Cons

There scheduling is not the best. They are constantly changing team members from branch to branch and if you do not like it you get let go.
