Pros

I really enjoy working at Everwise. I have awesome colleagues who are all very committed to doing great work and having fun while doing it. Leadership has also encouraged my development and I am given an opportunity to make an impact.

Cons

No complaints, working at Everwise has been a great experience.

Pros

I have such knowledgeable and phenomenal coworkers. Everyone brings a diverse mindset to the table and thinking outside of the box is celebrated! Our annual incentive plans are awesome, and we are fairly compensated.

Cons

I wish that we did not have such strict policies on google and MDM on Apple Watches.

Working for the largest credit union in Indiana can be beneficial to add to your resume.

Cons

This company has gone through many reorganizations and each time, it's in favor of leadership. Promotions are hard to come by unless you are part of the inner circle or have a manager who's also part of the inner circle. Loyalty and hard work is not as rewarding here,
