Love the members Fun environment Closed on sundays

Cons

Part time employees work 6 days a week. Part time works every Saturday Part time gets 5 days off for vacation Part time sometimes works a 38 hour work week, but, they'll have your schedule the next week down to 32 hours. This way they don't have to give you more paid vacation.

Pros

Decent benefits, management was pretty flexible with my school schedule, most coworkers were friendly, lots of OT which could be a plus or minus for some.

Cons

Management is incompetent, executives think they are better then everyone, not much opportunities for advancement, need to kiss a lot of butt to get anywhere.

Pros

We have great coworkers, awesome branches and some of the best benefits around. There are a lot of promotion opportunities.

Cons

I wish I never left retail to move up. After you go above manager, it is an extremely toxic work environment. I just got promoted and am so upset with myself. I should have stayed where I was. All the VPs look so miserable and the EMT has lost sight of what we are about.
