Pros

The team at Everyday Dose is one of the best I've worked with. Sharp, talented, motivated people who actually care about what they're building. The product genuinely speaks for itself, and it's easy to show up every day when you believe in what you're selling. There's also real creative freedom here. If you have an idea, you can actually run with it, which is rare. Benefits are solid, and leadership is transparent and accessible.

Cons

This is a high-growth startup. The pace is fast and priorities shift quickly. If you thrive in lots of structure and slow moving organizations, this probably isn't the right fit.

So much opportunity for learning and growing. Lots of internal promotions. Love the collaboration between teams. Fantastic compensation and benefits. It's fast moving so I'm never bored. I really appreciate the direct communication style. It leaves little room for guessing.

Cons

It is fast moving, maybe too fast for some. It's a startup so you can expect a little chaos here and there.
