      - Good exposure and a good amount of responsibilities for junior role

      Cons

      - Very political organization - have to get in good with management to get noticed or recognition for work - Promotions are dependent on how well you network for yourself (go over your manager)

      Pros

      After working at this company for 6 years, I can say it's been truly amazing. Amazing co-workers, an outstanding brand, great opportunities to grow and advance your career and the ability to learn across departments. Plus, free cereal, fruit, beer and vending machines! A very inclusive group, including opportunities to participate in book clubs, a Women's Leadership Program, mentoring events, happy hours, etc.

      Cons

      There has been some Senior Management turnover (majority of them for personal reasons/new opportunities), but I can say that having new management doesn't hinder you from growing/advancing your position.
