Pros

Flex time, free fruit and cereal. The benefits are OK. The company is growing, but not organically,

Cons

Don't trust management. 'Unlimited Vacation' is limited and hard to get. One failed acquisition after another. Management is focused on growth at all cost. Not a company where you can grow.

Pros

Fruit in the kitchen in the morning.

Cons

This is an advertising company that is more focused on quarterly growth than creating a sustainable enviornment for it's staff and clients. It is a clear choice to grow the business rather than find a middle ground of balance and long term vision.

Pros

Casual work environment. People are accessible at all levels (CEO on down)

Cons

Even though people are accessible,it's still a very political place. Lots of secrecy. Several rounds of sudden layoffs doesn't project a stable company to its remaining employees.
