Pros

There were cheap vending machines

Cons

the planning team leadership was awful. The managers had no interest in training new hires and were very cliquey and judgmental. The turn over at this place is ridiculous, they get rid of people for no reason. They will not train you, they will judge you, you will be bored out of your mind, and then they will get rid you. None of my co workers liked working there.

Pros

A very informal atmosphere and in many ways everything that a corporate is not. The company had a more friendly and warm approach to its employees, who were treated well and compensated well, depending on their individual managers. Senior management wasn't too obsessed with rules and regulations and performance was the primary concern, as it should be.

Cons

Sadly, all of those traits that made the firm so special are slowly being eroded by callous lower level managers who care solely about their personal growth and profits even if at the expense of their team and team members. Some of these managers treat their underlings more like their inferiors and have little respect for anyone. Unreasonable work loads and no overtime compensation.
