      NIce people Good pay relaxed dress code free food almost every day

      Cons

      The "training" was a joke... sink or swim They completely disregarded prior experience.. which makes no sense Very cramped work space People coming and going constantly

      Pros

      If you're looking to get a lot of experience and knowledge about different aspects of a web company--sales, editorial, marketing, etc-- this is a good place to be. You'll work often with a lot of different departments on many projects. You'll learn how to do things on a tight deadline and be constantly dealing with a changing company philosophy. The benefits are also pretty good, and unlimited days off are great if your department offers them.

      Cons

      The direction of your department, your boss, your division, the company changes so often it's hard to keep up and feel like you're doing your job correctly. Communication between the higher ups is not the best, and the underlings often have to learn of changes on their own.

      Pros

      Large IT group/product group. Reasonably good at quickly taking new digital products to market. Good experience for a mid-level software engineer.

      Cons

      Not a people centered company! It is sync or swim with very little on boarding. Salaries are below industry averages and as a result turn-over is super high. Almost impossible to keep a team together for over a year. Very cramped working conditions.
