Pros

There always some good food trucks parked outside for lunch oprions.

Cons

Clearly they are telling employees to post positive reviews and those who dont will be less favored over those who do. These people are diabolical. Dont waste your time.

Run, Do Not Walk Away!

Pros

Consider working here a crash course in digital media. Genuinely nice, helpful coworkers exist here but they are far and few between. Nice kitchen. Free fruit in the morning as well as coffee, tea. Occasional free meals. Soda and Snack machines with reduced prices.

Cons

Unfortunately the benefits above do not make up for a hostile and unprofessional work environment . They are always hiring because of the never ending revolving door. Both Editorial and Sales Departments seem to be run by cliques of Corporate teenagers. If coworkers size you up as being not part of the "popular" crowd, you are fair game to be set up to fail. Backstabbing and nasty behavior is actually encouraged. Sales Department proudly refers to themselves as "Team Nasty," where former employees are made examples of in meetings. Decisions based on pleasing CEO and Senior Management, rather than what is best practice. Do not work here if you have any self respect.

Disorganized Company, but opportunity for career growth

Pros

Plenty of room to grow and develop your career if you are smart and know how to play the game. Some good benefits- free fruit in the kitchen, unlimited PTO (however this is at the discretion of your manager), OK health insurance.

Cons

Extremely sales focused which can lead to disorganization and poor business practices. Company is overall disorganized and constantly changing- they have a lot of difficulty signing up for a project and working hard to see it through- if it doesn't make money within the first few months it gets scraped which in turn causes time wasted and employee layoffs that all could have been avoided if they thought through decisions better and gave things more time and focus. The office is also incredibly dirty and not a great environment to work in. It is an open office- with small desks for its employees giving it the feel of an assembly line with very little personal space. This also makes it difficult to focus on your daily job with constant distractions going on around you.
