Pros

I recommended jobs at Everyday Health to all of my friends. That's saying a lot. I do value their entrepreneurial culture and work-life balance, and the respect to all employees from the top down. I especially like their unlimited PTO plan, and I've been able to take 2-week vacations and still get my work done.

Cons

I always add into our company suggestion box, requesting an outdoor patio for summer. They haven't managed that just yet, but I am hopeful.
