Best co-workers Lots of opportunity for career advancement (I've been here 4 years and have moved up from Intern to Director in that time) Fast paced atmosphere - there's always something to do Great neighborhood

Cons

Sometimes communication from upper management is lacking or unclear Fast paced atmosphere is not for everyone Office seems to be running out of space for new people

This is a work hard, play hard company. Managers demand a lot from their employees but hard work is rewarded with promotions and higher visibility in the company. There is an innovative and creative culture within the edit and product teams which helps drive the company forward.

Cons

Company was at times unfocused with too many ambitions in different areas of development. They are working on changing this.

Pros

This company has a culture of winning, teamwork, working hard and playing harder. There are 100 people within the team I am on and there is not one person that I don't want to have to hang out with at a dinner or event. Everyone helps each other out, shares information and never says "that's not my job!". The company is always evolving which makes it always interesting, never boring and we are always feeling like we are leading the health tech world in innovation and success. Plus we have a ton of fun coming to work every day.

Cons

The company is growing so quickly that sometimes you don't know who everyone is.
