Pros

I work remotely but have been able to come NYC several times and really enjoy coming to the office. I have wonderful coworkers who are all very dedicated and passionate about their jobs. I really enjoy the work-life balance of working from home but coming to the office on occasion as well. I have only been with the company for 2 months but everyone has been extremely dedicated to my onboarding process. I already feel like a well-integrated member of the team!

Cons

Working 100% remotely has been some what of a challenge in terms of getting to know other staff. However, on my trips when I am able to be in-person I feel like I have gotten to know colleagues in other departments, which is encouraging.

Pros

Nothing that I can think of.

Cons

There’s no loyalty in this place. There’s never a merit increase and the pay is low. Stay far away from this place.

Pros

- Flexible remote working schedule - Great work/life balance - I'm often strongly encouraged to NOT check work email/slack/etc. outside working hours or when on PTO - Unlimited PTO - Great culture - can only speak to my dept, but managers/directors are very reasonable and understanding with goal setting, task requests, etc.

Cons

- Goals/priorities can often shift so it helps to be agile and open-minded - Departments can often get siloed and miss out on opportunities that inter-department collaboration might provide - The path to advancement/promotion isn't very clear, but the process is getting better
