Pros

- I have been here for close to a year at this point and was already promoted 8 months in. The same holds true for others around me as well. Being that I'm still early on in my career, growth opportunities are really important to me. Anytime I have expressed an interest in developing my skills in other areas, senior leadership on my team has always been really supportive. - Relative to other companies I have worked at, work-life balance here is unparalleled. I'm able to take advantage of flexible work arrangements which really goes a long way in terms of how I feel during the work week. -Benefits are pretty good here (I especially like the unlimited PTO and the maternity leave policy is unbeatable). I also love our snacks and the fresh fruit in the morning. - Forward thinking company. Leadership at EH is always trying to improve our existing products while also looking at new areas to explore within the industry. I have a lot of faith that we will continue to be ahead of the curve especially on the consumer side.

Cons

I would really like to see tuition assistance added to our benefits plan. We should really have more events in the office that promote meeting new people from other teams.

Pros

Everyday Health is a strong brand with marketplace potential.

Cons

The leadership is out of touch, making the role of sales people more difficult. Lots of internal reporting, same information 10 different ways, due to management teams inability to retain and understand the business and the data. The culture around the office is depressing.

Pros

Location: easy commute with the 1 and E nearby. Tons of great restaurants and close to the pier. Salary - great. New leadership - movers and shakers with a laser focused vision. Peers are amazing!

Cons

Micromanagement / you work under a fine tooth comb as everything you do is criticized. Hostile work environment / dog eat dog among teams Manager is abusive, controlling, and a bully.
