Pros

Some of the Pros, that I would share is that Management has been great. My co workers are amazing. When first starting, it's was very welcoming. One of best things I have enjoyed working here is the Understanding of Teamwork, and just great management. Having an Open mind, when it comes to Ideas. Everyone has different personality and different ideas, and one of the reason I enjoy working here is that everyone is open minded. Another Pro, is having a manager, that is willing to share everything that he know. That's what stick out with EHG. Allowing other to grow. Lastly, I would share with my experience, manager/director does check in with you. They care about you to make sure you are ok. They are flexible. Culture here is great. It's all about a fit.

Cons

The only con I have is PTO Unlimited. Other then that, there is no other con.

Pros

- Very recognition focused. If you do something of high value in the company you will be recognized for your efforts - Remote first company so you can work from anywhere - Vivek and Dan is very engaged with everyone even though he is the CEO of the entire company. It is nice that the CEO wants to talk with us and hear from us. - 10 weeks paid paternity leave is a wonderful benefit as a father.

Cons

- Health Benefits could be better. They are not awful by any means, but could be better. A bit expensive as well when you expand to family coverage. - 401K match is okay, but I have seen other companies do better. - Structure of some departments could be expanded. Some of us are currently one person teams managing a bit much at times.
