Pros

Highly targeted content with an active and engaged audience were great assets to work with. I expected more collaboration given the open office environment although great tech tools facilitated communication.

Cons

environment can be hectic at times .

Pros

This is a scam do not give them your money. Do not cash their check!

Cons

Do not sign the offer letter. They will pressure you into using your own money to buy equipment they say will be refunded by a fraudulent check they give you.

Pros

-Being able to work remotely is a huge pro and EHG is great when it comes to flexibility and work life balance -Management on my team is very supportive of career growth and allows me to explore my interests -They plan really fun virtual wellness weeks for us that include cooking classes, baking classes, yoga, stretch, etc. -They ask us for regular feedback in employee surveys and actually act upon our suggestions (IE: they created mentorship and internal mobility programs)

Cons

-I think it would be cool if we implemented a minimum time off policy
