I've been here for three years and have enjoyed my time here. Competitive and supportive enviroment that challanges you but also provides a good work-life balance. Personal and professional growth is important to me and I've been supported in both aspects. Benefits and company perks/initiatives are also pretty competitive from my experience.

Cons

Any cons I can think of are a product of corporate envioroments and I expect anywhere

Overall an excellent company with many pros: data-driven and caring leadership, friendly and talented coworkers, great work-life balance, and plenty of room for growth. Office set-up is very welcoming if you're in NYC.

Cons

The tech stack could use some updates and modernization.
