Pros

I have absolutely loved being an employee at EHG! The onboarding was smooth and I received equipment and resources timely. Everyone that I met during onboarding until now has been welcoming, friendly and willing to help guide me through the company and my new role. My management team has set me up for success with the unlimited resources and trainings for my role. There are several ERG opportunities to join which is refreshing! I looked forward to my long journey with EHG!

Cons

I don't have any cons at this time.

Pros

-Being able to work remotely is a huge pro and EHG is great when it comes to flexibility and work life balance -Management on my team is very supportive of career growth and allows me to explore my interests -They plan really fun virtual wellness weeks for us that include cooking classes, baking classes, yoga, stretch, etc. -They ask us for regular feedback in employee surveys and actually act upon our suggestions (IE: they created mentorship and internal mobility programs)

Cons

-I think it would be cool if we implemented a minimum time off policy
