They say I have to put five words here, but I don't have five words of pros to offer.

Cons

There were literally no redeeming qualities to this company. The most traumatic work experience I've ever had, bar none. It's been five years, and I'm still getting over the daily fear of reprisals. So much so that the act of writing this review is part of my mental health plan with a paid professional to put this traumatic experience in my past, where it belongs.

Flexible work schedule, great location, fresh fruit, coffee, snacks & beer. The people are very nice and approachable. There is a great atmosphere in the office. Great mentorship opportunties - but I wish there were more!

Unsure of career growth potential at the company currently.

There is a paycheck involved. Sometimes you can work from home. Fruit in the morning. Free vending machines for food and drink

Absolutely a mess. When Ziff Bought EH, things started to go downhill quickly. He hired a terrible GM. Together they destroyed the culture and put all the wrong people in place. No one can manage or is even capable of keeping up. Almost everyone who had been good seems to have left for better places to work. A lot of lies and lack of vision from leadership with an inability to lead people or motivate people. Only come if you got no other choice! 401k match sucks.
