      Lack of leadership. All of the dynamic leaders have either been let go or quit. No vision, goals, or employee development. Focus is completely on making money.

      Helpful, understanding co-workers. Flexible and permissive towards working from home.

      Reorganizes, including extensive lay-offs, every year or two. Projects and opportunities often disappear in media res. Perpetually starting over is unsettling. Mentoring, training, and advancement opportunities used to be real, but not for the past few years.
