Pros

The hiring and onboarding process was thorough and well-organized, which made joining the team feel seamless. In just a few months, I’ve already seen real opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility. The team is incredibly collaborative and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. I also appreciate the level of autonomy in my role and the flexibility, definitely supports work-life balance.

Cons

The pace is fast and there’s a lot to learn quickly, which can be challenging since some processes are standardized but not documented. With such a large team, communication and ownership can occasionally feel a bit unclear, though everyone is very willing to help and answer questions, and with time should sort itself out.

Pros

I've been working at Everyday Health Group now for 4 months and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From day one, I've felt incredibly welcomed by the entire team. There's a genuine sense of camaraderie and support that makes coming to work a pleasure. My direct supervisor is incredibly supportive and has been invaluable in providing direction. Communication across cross-functional teams is outstanding. Projects flow smoothly because everyone is on the same page, and there's a strong culture of collaboration and transparency. - Fantastic cross-functional communication and collaboration - Welcoming and friendly team environment - Clear and inspiring strategic direction

Cons

For those looking to work in an office environment or even a hybrid one, there is unfortunately, no office location in San Francisco. I don't mind working remotely, so not an issue for me, but some may not be looking for that type of environment.
