      Organized, functional, transparent, and concerned about employee's career growth and contentedness. Management genuinely enjoys mentoring and providing opportunities.

      It's a growth culture so it's hard to take a backseat or cruise.

      Pros

      Good healthcare - Cigna. Not the best plan but pretty good Flexible working hours Unlimited vacation time mostly supportive team members

      Cons

      Some people abuse unlimited vacation time leaving others to pick up the slack Abusive people are not being dealt with. I have two people within my group who was known to be abusive and bullying others, but because they are well liked by the top leadership nothing is being done.

      Great people who care about each other, strong and clear company values, not too political, committed to growth and innovation, very respectful of diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Quality of VP leadership depends on who you work for directly. Everyone is working very hard but given plenty of flexibility and opportunity to grow.
