Pros

Flex time, free fruit and cereal. The benefits are OK. The company is growing, but not organically,

Cons

Don't trust management. 'Unlimited Vacation' is limited and hard to get. One failed acquisition after another. Management is focused on growth at all cost. Not a company where you can grow.

Pros

Unlimited vacation. Fresh fruit every morning. Occasional pizza lunches. Nice location in the West Village. Most people are genuinely nice.

Cons

The usual problems in a big company. Some managers are nasty and unfair. Some rules are applied unfairly or inconsistently. Open plan office makes it impossible to concentrate without wearing sound-canceling headphones. Too many people in too little space.
