      Pros

      - Flexible remote working schedule - Great work/life balance - I'm often strongly encouraged to NOT check work email/slack/etc. outside working hours or when on PTO - Unlimited PTO - Great culture - can only speak to my dept, but managers/directors are very reasonable and understanding with goal setting, task requests, etc.

      Cons

      - Goals/priorities can often shift so it helps to be agile and open-minded - Departments can often get siloed and miss out on opportunities that inter-department collaboration might provide - The path to advancement/promotion isn't very clear, but the process is getting better

      Great working environment, lots of great people in the NY Office! I've met and connected with so many great people and members of leadership during my time here.
