My way or the highway" mentality of management. They will make changes without consulting with the affected teams and they really don't care about how it affects productivity or morale. I copied the negative reviews from another post because it was heads on. I worked at EH for almost 7 years and almost every couple of years management changed and no matter how much time you committed to the job it wasn't appreciated after the new management came in. This would be a spot I would recommend for someone starting out in IT for since they give you a chance to learn a lot to learn. However for anyone experienced in IT there a lot of better options in the NYC area.
