Pros

After working at this company for 6 years, I can say it's been truly amazing. Amazing co-workers, an outstanding brand, great opportunities to grow and advance your career and the ability to learn across departments. Plus, free cereal, fruit, beer and vending machines! A very inclusive group, including opportunities to participate in book clubs, a Women's Leadership Program, mentoring events, happy hours, etc.

Cons

There has been some Senior Management turnover (majority of them for personal reasons/new opportunities), but I can say that having new management doesn't hinder you from growing/advancing your position.

Pros

Benefits are good, free fruit, beer fridge, paid parking spot, some of the people are great to work with.

Cons

Ageism, a large portion of management are not qualified for their positions, layoffs are always looming, gossip, favoritism, no equality, poor business direction, lack of technical knowledge in leadership.

Not Good

Pros

Some of the people are good. Good work-life balance. In a town with limited opportunities, it's a paycheck.

Cons

Little opportunity for growth, unless you are among Management's favorites. Lack of leadership vision. They keep shuffling things around; at least they recognize that things aren't working.
