Pros

Great people in the ranks who really know what they're doing, and unlimited PTO is fantastic

Cons

Since it went public, the direction of the company is murky and the day-to-day atmosphere is unstable and almost nervewracking

Pros

- Lots of hard working and fun people on all teams - Great work life balance (unlimited PTO) - Healthy snacks and fun work events

Cons

- Sales is the main organization that gets attention from executives. Technology teams suffer from this - Heavy focus on dates and pushing half finished projects out the door (minimum products as opposed to minimum viable products) - Lots of micromangement and approvals - No clear career path or forms of mentorship - Lack of high level direction and strategy
