      Pros

      Everyday Health is going through a lot of change -- but change for the good. The company has brought in a fresh bunch of new executives who seem to be working hard to make things better. They don't always get it right -- who does -- but I think it will continue to be a great place to be in the future.

      Cons

      Not always clear who is responsible for what. Some departments need to be better at working together.

      Pros

      Really developed my career here, and was supported and encouraged to do so. Had wonderful mentors. Liked the fun, young-ish atmosphere

      Cons

      As the company grew, it became a more tense and even hostile place to work. The positive, creative, dynamic atmosphere took a bit of a dive and it became somewhat of a shark tank

      Pros

      Fruit in the kitchen in the morning.

      Cons

      This is an advertising company that is more focused on quarterly growth than creating a sustainable enviornment for it's staff and clients. It is a clear choice to grow the business rather than find a middle ground of balance and long term vision.
