      - Good base salary - Easy to form camraderie with like-minded employees who are also experiencing the madness there - ok location - flexible schedule at times

      Cons

      - dying brand - outdated website - toxic, back-stabbing - management lives in fear, and then projects that downwards through the chain - some very senior level executives need anger management training - confused priorities - consumer sales team is not led well - beholden to Big Pharma - aside from the CEO of Ziff, the workplace is ruled by aging white executives out of touch with the consumer market
