Some of the people are good. Good work-life balance. In a town with limited opportunities, it's a paycheck.

Cons

Little opportunity for growth, unless you are among Management's favorites. Lack of leadership vision. They keep shuffling things around; at least they recognize that things aren't working.

"My way or the highway" mentality of management. They will make changes without consulting with the affected teams and they really don't care about how it affects productivity or morale.
