Pros

Most people are friendly and open. Most people want to work hard and build content, applications and services that are helpful.

Cons

Unclear roles and responsibilities. Leads to miscommunication and gaps in much that otherwise might be accomplished. High turnover across the board (in all departments) which leaves a great deal of work undone.

Pros

The salaries are decent but it is hard to find any pros beyond this one component.

Cons

They don't pay what is promised but continue to hire new people. Senior management is a mess, company restructure has been a complete time-suck and completely not efficient. Senior management lacks ability to lead and inspire. Internal communication is a nightmare.

Great location and free fruit most mornings.

Cons

Bizarre management team that changes constantly, along with direction, priority and structure. I started a couple of years ago and have seen so many people come and go.
