      Never ending acquisitions/mergers (2 in 18 months) Inexperienced senior management team Disingenuous people who don't care about the product, only their pocketbooks Zero communication Have to fight for the money they owe you "Look out for #1" attitude 20% of this division is considered "leadership team"/too many layers
