      Great Company that really cared about its employees. Very laid back environment. Family owned company.

      Cons

      Sometimes not enough structure. Once bought out they laid off employees who had been with the company for several years. Not much of a severence package.

      The websites tend to grow based on current trends, so if something doesn't work out, those new and exciting jobs are often cut first.
