Pros
The Company is too supportive, especially for Rural people. They don't treat us as a simply Employees, but they treat as a Evive Family Members.
I like the culture. There is no any restriction and we feel same as I did on College. There is a XBox to play games, Table Tennis. We play cricket Afternoon daily.
There is a Tastier Food available - Breakfast and Lunch; (includes both North & South Indian) and I like North Indian Food which is tastier.
Frequently, Tea is there, juices will be provided.
And, One thing I liked is Training; After the placement, they started Training weekly though Hangout and I came to new things which are completely unknown to us.
There is no strict Timings, no restriction of being in Formals;
There is also a holiday for Festivals.
One things is, They always Care towards us, which is important I feel.
Cons
Need to work Hard to meet Company Standard.
