Pros
I'm working since last 4 months here. 100% Remote, Really good Salary, Teammates and Manager is good, 8 hours working, Sat/Sun off, good leave policy, good bonus, refrrel and reward policies.
Cons
as per the previous reviews there is always a fear of layoffs, If you're a capable person who has confidence of getting job anywhere in 1.5 months then you don't need to worry about it. also the team mates I'm working with are here since last 4 to 6 years.
