Pros

The people and the culture make the company. The team is motivated and positive on the opportunity to make an impact in the industry. The company is intentional about the culture and seems sincerely interested in building an enviorment where people can be their very best. The work can be intense but the team respects personal boundaries and i'm able to find my balance.

Cons

The mission is bold and the pace of change in the market can be daunting and is not for everyone. It's still new. People looking for standardization and process will be frustrated at times.

Pros

Evolent promotes the idea of perpetual brainstorming, where no idea is a bad idea. Its wide open office space allows for the best minds in healthcare to flourish and grow internally. Internal movement is promoted in order to retain its highest achievers. Overall, a very interesting place to be!

Cons

A lack of structure simply isn't for everyone. If you are a 9-5, punch in/punch out person, this might not work out for you.

Pros

It's a great place to learn when you are just out of school. You may have opportunity to take a lot of responsibilities from early on.

Cons

Work-life balance is terrible. Many people work 80 hours a week, which creates a toxic environment in a workplace.
