nice people and good weather in Malta

you have 12 hour shifts often the salary is not good compared to the amount of work put in seems they are forgetting Malta is expensive as heck. once again salary is not good at all I promise you if you have opportunities in your country then do not come unless u just want an experience with almost no money and a lot of work. bonus is almost impossible to get. It will take u a couple of months and if you are not concentrating all the time then you will make a mistake. and even if you are u might just make one since its impossible to not make a slightly wrong move sometimes

Favoritism ,, If you’re a happy go lucky person and a person who do they best to stay out of mess and just work do not work here they thrive on taking your joy away… Literally everyone was walking zombies and all said they same thing they can’t to leave this place .. once again easy money to make which comes with extra problems

I really enjoyed working here . The people were great . Three paid breaks , at least . Great money . Everyone is very inclusive . Nice benefits and a 401k .

Cons

Keeping up your successful game count . Sitting at dead tables .
