Some of the best reasons to work here is flexible work schedules, easy money, and laid back work environment.

Cons

Some of the downsides while working here was the unclean work environment and poor management skills. There was alot of favoritism and unfair treatment.

This company makes a lot of promises it can’t keep. It is operating under the radar and when the gaming commission catches up there will be problems. Tips aren’t accumulating accurate Coffee machines never work. No free snacks as promised Dirty work area

Cons

Management is very biased. Some chase women others have preference based on looks. Bonuses are given to employees who make little to no errors. They will intentionally put you on a bad table where an error is more likely to occur. They also do not keep accurate statistics and no one to correct the problem which will cost you extra money. It’s a monopoly where all the action is funneled from. Every website into one. They also have BOTs that come into the game when players are doing well and throw off the card count. Hurting the probability for potential earnings from tips.
