1. Gives you opportunities to apply for internal positions with entry level experience. 2. Teaches you technical part of the job. 3. Fast-growing culture. 4. Challenging.

Cons

1. No support for the career growth. 2. Peoples management is on below average. 3. No motivational or moral support is provided when required. 4. No transparent feedback-giving, it is usually one-sided. 5. No overtime paid. 6. Hard work for them means working extra hours, not working hard to accomplish the milestones and reach the goals. 7. Trust is never valued.

Good for a teenager to start becoming independent. Don't get too comfortable, though. :)

It may be a good place for a teenager in Georgia to sit and think about his life while dealing cards. He may come to good conclusions. Haha.

Cons

The management got worse and worse. And on top of that, they kept promoting the dumbest people to management positions. Whether on purpose or not, the environment became intolerable. It was a long time ago, though. I hope it has changed since then!
