      none at all, even a little bit.

      Cons

      managers contradict each other constantly and communication is impossible. You will get told wrong information constantly and it will be your fault when you act on it. Any attempts at communication lead to "I'll look into this" but never actually any solutions, you have to ride anyone at this company like a rented mule to get a straight answer.
