For every hour you work at a table you receive an immediate 30min paid preceding break, at the 3.5hr work you receive a paid for hr long break. Overtime is optional. Once a week you have presented with the opportunity to receive time & a half pay for a brief team meeting. Management is inclusive & encouraging. Room for accelerated growth opportunities (promotions) based upon your work ethic.

Cons

Inevitably there will be circumstances where the table at which where assigned for during your rotation on the floor, will be empty throughout the entire hour. During these periods it can be challenging to remain alert & prevent from fidgeting, this may leads to mental exhaustion.

- Show up on time. - Look clean. - Say only what they tell you to. - Focus on your table. - Stay out of the milieu Business wise, their clients are doing amazing, so they won't lack for work.

Cons

- Narrow Path of Advancement, if you're not already educated. - Should network with people up and down the pipeline. - The pay isnt special, just easy for what they ask. - Co-Workers (and you) may feel unheard at times. - Turnover is very high. - I found the job boring, ymmv

They have expensive vending machines and endless coffee :)

Cons

Money and how it’s accumulated it all over the place. We share tips but the money doesn’t make sense. Always understaffed. No extra incentives. Management are stickler Unsanitary practice. Retaliation is based on emotions. Etc.
