Pros

401k match. Free lunches. Some people thrive here, but not all.

Cons

Horrible culture, clueless management. It's not rare that you are asked to drop everything and switch to project A, and then a few days later, you are asked to drop everything and switch to project B. If you are in the favorites list, you are good, even without delivering.

Pros

There are intelligent individuals at this company, and the pace can be energizing for those who enjoy fast-moving environments.

Cons

Despite the talent, the culture can feel rigid, hierarchical, and lacking empathy. There is no room for mistakes, and psychological safety is often compromised. The People team is primarily there to protect the company, not the employees—this can make it difficult to feel supported or heard in moments of conflict or concern. Employment decisions can feel arbitrary, especially around equity cliffs or time-off. Favoritism plays a noticeable role in retention and advancement, and not all teams feel inclusive or fair.
