Pros

Fully remote. Depending on the role, great flexibility.

Cons

The company is focused on getting acquired or going public, so everyone from executives down are in full panic mode in regards to profitability. There’s no real leadership or development happening in the frontline orgs. Senior leaders are being picked off one by one, especially women and people of color.

We're glad to hear remote flexibility was a highlight for you. Our strategic focus is on building durable growth—expanding our customer base and retaining them. And profitability will always be part of any company's long-term health. Termination decisions are never based on someone's identity. If you have specifics, please reach out to people@evolve.com so we can look into it directly.

Pros

A more progressive work environment compared to other typical corporate companies. Benefits are great if you're able to land a position.

Cons

Because it is corporate, it will always be the CEO and shareholder's profits over the livelihoods of people.
