      Great benefits and pay. Good boss gives a lot of autonomy. There is room for advancement for many of they desire.

      Cons

      Very slow moving organization. Projects go on for years. There are some micro managers that are difficult to work with.

      -IPREP program (International Professional Rotational Enrichment Program) is a great way to work at different locations and within different business units over the course of 3 rotations in 2 years -coworkers and managers are willing to give substantial and important projects to a recent graduate -high exposure to upper management -lots of learning and networking opportunities -friendly coworkers and everyone is willing to take the time to help -international travel opportunities

      -must be flexible and mobile for this particular program (IPREP)

      Pros

      I gained extensive SAP knowledge and experience. The managers are great and truly care about the employees. Good insurance. Great pay.

      Cons

      Poorly managed AP department. Upper-level corporate managers have no idea what goes on in each department. Contract employees work three-times as hard as direct employees. Direct employees sit around doing nothing, but reaping all of the benefits.
