hybrid 3 days in. low cost medical and dental plans. 401k match is 50% up to 8%. 18 days vacation to start. some in person social events but majority of meetings remain virtual even when in the office

Cons

long hours demanding clients and tight deadlines. a lot of people are burnt out.
