Reasonable benefits and great coworkers. I enjoyed working with friendly and collaborative people.

Cons

Leadership is rigid minded and the culture lacks ethics when treating employees. Expect after hours without pay, or lack of recognition for your contribution. No room for growth in career and skills and mostly focused on delivering the projects on-time. It is sometimes competitive and managers present micro-managing behaviors instead of trusting employees doing their best.
